Building Resilience

Despite facing many challenges, ducks demonstrate resourceful in their quest for survival. Fast flowing currents are navigated with grace and a resilient spirit which we can learn from when faced with challenges. Ducks ability to adapt to their changing environment through their migration patterns is a reminder of how change is inevitable and that it can be embraced with a flexible mind and open attitude. When we have learnt to adapt to change then we can negotiate transitions with ease and resilience.
